A few weeks ago, Maci and I had the incredible opportunity to meet with the Mayor of Lakeland to talk about our plans for the year ahead. I was able to talk about my Community Service Initiative; Not Invisible: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and how I plan to share my message with the city of Lakeland, something that means so much to me. It was such an encouraging and inspiring conversation, and I’m so grateful for the support. We’ve got some exciting things in the works… stay tuned!
Swan Derby 2025!! 🦢❤️
This amazing event is a fundraiser supporting Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine making incredible impacts in our community, and I was so grateful to have been part of it this year. I had the honor of singing the National Anthem to kick off the Swan Derby Race and also helped hand out awards to the incredible participants. Being surrounded by so many passionate people, all coming together for a great cause, made the night truly unforgettable. ♥️ Huge shoutout to everyone who made the Swan Derby such a success; your hard work shines through in every detail and shows just how much this event means to the community! 🦢 Thanks again for having me! ☺️ Miss Lakeland’s Teen 2025! 🩷
I am beyond honored to have been named Miss Lakeland’s Teen 2025 and to have received the Teen Kronhaus Talent Award! I’m so excited to serve the Lakeland community and for the journey ahead. What makes this even more special is that I get to share this experience with one of my closest friends, the new Miss Lakeland 2025, Maci Miotto! Maci, I cannot wait to embark on this year alongside you—representing the beautiful city of Lakeland together is an absolute privilege. ♥️ From volunteering to spreading awareness for causes close to my heart, I am ready to give my all to this title and the opportunities it brings. You are truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I know. This year is going to bring you incredible opportunities, growth, and memories that will last a lifetime. You’re going to do amazing things, and I can’t wait to cheer you on every step of the way! To all the incredible young women who competed: congratulations on everything you accomplished! Every single one of you brought so much passion, grace, and strength to the stage. You are all amazing, and I’m so inspired by each of you. Here’s to an amazing year ahead for Ashlee and all the girls who were part of this unforgettable experience. Ashlee, I know you’ll represent Gainesville with so much heart, kindness, and determination. 💕✨ I’m so incredibly grateful to have been a part of such a meaningful and heartwarming event. It was truly a special day filled with smiles, delicious treats, and most importantly, giving back to an amazing cause.
Miracle Treat Day isn’t just about enjoying a Blizzard—it’s about making a difference in the lives of children and families who need it most. Every Blizzard purchased helped support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, bringing hope, healing, and care to kids in need. I feel so blessed to have met so many incredible people during the event, from the dedicated Dairy Queen team to the kind-hearted community members who showed up to make an impact. Seeing everyone come together with so much love and generosity was truly inspiring. Thank you to Dairy Queen for hosting this amazing day, and thank you to everyone who joined us to support this cause! Let’s continue spreading kindness, one Blizzard at a time. 💕🍨 It is officially the month of “Miss Florida’s Teen,” and I’m thrilled to share my official headshot. I wanted my headshot to reflect my confidence, genuineness, and heart, and I believe this photo captures exactly that. Thank you to Matt and Meredith Boyd for capturing this beautiful photo and always making me feel my best. You are truly amazing, and I am so thankful for you both.
The growth I’ve experienced through the Miss Florida Organization over the past few years has been unlike anything else. I am so grateful to be a part of such an amazing organization. I’ve been so fortunate to represent the Gainesville community this year. I can’t wait to make them proud at Miss Florida’s Teen. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience this amazing week once again. I am so excited and have never felt more confident, prepared, and ready. “I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” -Carl Jung I always love visiting Mr. Carry and Mr. David at Regalia!! ♥️
Working with Mr. Carry to bring my visions to life is always so special—his creativity never ceases to amaze me! His ability to understand and enhance my ideas is truly remarkable. ♥️ What made the day even more exciting was running into my favorite Miss, Halle! It was the perfect surprise and made the day even more special. ♥️ Forever grateful for the kindness and support they share with me and all the girls! We love you!! 🥰 What an amazing way to conclude National Women’s Health Week by spending time with the most amazing women! ♥️
Tonight, we had our Miss Florida barbecue, celebrating Go Red for Women after an amazing first day of orientation! It was so much fun spending the evening with these incredible young women. Absolutely can’t wait for day two of orientation tomorrow! Thank you so much to the Miss Florida Board for an amazing evening and for everything you do. And thank you so much to @missionbbq for providing us with such delicious food; we are so grateful! National Women’s Health Week may be over, but that doesn’t mean awareness should stop. We must continue to educate and spread awareness about women’s health. Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death for women in the United States. Happy World Book Day!! 🌎📚
